On the 25th of October i moved apartments and needed assistance, i experienced nothing but great service from Biddulphs Durban, Sunil in particular who made sure that not only did i get the best quote but also the service was excellent.

Although my past experience was not pleasant, On this occasion Sunil and his team attended to us. Having such a competent and friendly team work with us on a day that is normally quite stressful, makes such a difference. They are a credit to your company and your leadership. In fact the great service began with your office staff who received my initial enquiry (Odwa) and then allocated the relocation. Your entire team exudes professionalism and competence whilst always being very friendly and helpful, even the guy who assembled my beds (Pravs) was exceptional and ensured we were well taken care of.
