Great packing up by friendly, efficient team

The packing up was fantastic. Th team were thorough, friendly and efficient. The communication after our goods were packaged and then stored could do with some improvement. This communication should include a notification as to when the goods should be shipped and then some progress after that. Delivery is taking longer than expected, as I was not aware it would be trans0shipped. All in all, a reasonable performance thus far.
