Great Job!

From our first contact requesting a quotation for removal of our household from Cape Town to Durban, we experienced competent, friendly interaction that followed all the way through to packing, removal and final delivery. It is encouraging to see that Biddulphs make us of hearing impaired people, who are equally as friendly and helpful as every other staff member! Melvyn went out of his way to assist with something quite outside the bounds of his work, typical of the attitude of all the Biddulphs staff. We suffered only a cracked glass on a picture, the loss of a cupboard key and a minor gauge on a wooden table, none of which is concerning. We can recommend them highly!
