Great company to move with

The communication from the Mogobo and the team was perfect from start to finish. The whole process of packing our stuff at pur house, loading, going to storage and loading into the container for shipping has happened seamlessly. Biddulphs worked with us to arrange our dates and our container arrived in Calgary from South Africa exactly when Biddulphs said it would. Their packing was done meticulously and not a single thing broke. The only negative was that parts of our gym equipment didn’t make it into the boxes in SA, as well as 2 backpacks and an umbrella. And we realized it a couple of days too late to claim from the insurance. We now have 2 very expensive gym machines (rowing machine and treadmill) that we can’t use because essential bolts, nuts and other pieces « went missing » in the packing process. :-(
