Good and bad service

Relocated from Jhb to Cape Town. Initially service was excellent as we received quote immediately and due to short notice of move Marie-Louise was absolutely amazing in arranging a move so quickly, very professional and always helpful. We were to receive our goods between 14:00 - 16:00 the Saturday, no-one turned up, no-one communicated with us, and by 19:00 the Saturday night tried phoning some a/h nos which went straight to voicemail. Then by sheer luck got hold of the operations manager Japtha who said he'll look into it. We called him back an hour later and were informed that the truck was stuck in De Doorns due to another truck overturned in the road. Japtha said we'll receive our goods the Sunday. 10:00 Sunday morning and still nothing. What started off as wonderful service unfortunately ended in a very unhappy client. Had the driver or anyone else dealing with the removal truck communicated with us at all times we would have understood. Finally despite the bad service on the delivery of our goods, a huge thank you to Marie-Louise and Japtha for their excellent assistance whenever we communicated with them.
