Exceptional service from the entire team
The whole Biddulphs team were fantastic - they went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We moved from the UK to SA and the experience with Biddulphs was on a whole different level from the UK company that packed us. From the manager Grant who came to SARS with us and walked us through the import of our goods, to the delivery teams and follow up afterwards, making sure everything had been delivered and support if we needed to claim for damages. We needed to store our goods once they'd arrived as we weren't ready to receive them - this was all arranged very easily at a very reasonable cost. When we needed access to some boxes within the storage, they went out of their way to arrange this, finding the boxes and doing a part delivery (no extra charge). Each and every person from Biddulphs that we interacted with has been so polite, friendly, helpful and efficient - we can highly recommend them and will definitely use again when needed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
