Excellent service from Biddulphs Potchefstroom

<p>I used Biddulphs Potchefstroom branch in a recent relocation from Vryburg to Pretoria. </p> <p>My Job entails that I need to move a lot. This was my 7th move in 5 years and I can say that this was properly my best move yet. <br /> It started at quotation stage where Janie the sales consultant contacted me to ensure that all items were in place and that the wrapping requirements were sorted, their quotation was very well placed and suited my budget.</p> <p>Edgar the floor manager assisted met to obtain a suitable date. He went out his way to find me a date on short notice to assist my move needs.</p> <p>Where I was most impressed however was with the removal team that assisted in the move, Thomas the team leader was very professional, he ensured that everything ran smooth with the packing and protecting and special wrapping. He ensured that the team packed all goods in a professional and efficient manner and my fully furnished 3-bedroom house were packed and ready to go within 7 hours.</p> <p>The unpacking of the goods when just as smoothly. The team arrived at the pickup and drop-off address on time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I needed to share this experience with everyone and I needed to mention the staff by name to give credit for their service.
