Excellent service

I would like to thank Biddulphs for the excellent service received in moving my furniture from Pretoria to Uvongo. From the time i sent the quote request, i was assisted efficiently by Victor Nel. Once the work was handed over to their operations, the operations manager, Thula, was always professional in handling all my calls and making the arrangements. The only downside to the whole experience was the fact that I had to follow up on my own and the fact that the delivery was a day late, however this was communicated to me a few days prior, albeit I was only told this when i called in to follow up. Compliments to the packing team that collected my furniture and to the team that delivered the items, very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend their services.
