Excellent service!

I can highly and wholeheartedly recommend the company Biddulphs International . My most direct experience of the company comes from the Pietermaritzburg KZN Branch. I have had a long standing relationship with this company, having had goods in storage with Biddulphs in Pietermaritzburg SA for a lengthy amount of time and having shipped household goods overseas using Biddulphs International Removals. I actually cannot speak more highly of the absolutely excellent service I’ve received from Biddulphs over the course of several years. The wonderful customer service comes from all sides - from the office receptionist and other office administrators, organisers and planners, to the packers, to the hard working guys who help to carry and load your goods, to the drivers of the trucks, even the security guards - everyone I’ve dealt with over the years at Biddulphs- all have always been so courteous, so helpful and so reliable in every way. I’d like to make special mention of Parisha at Pietermaritzburg reception. She is fantastic! Her friendly, welcoming and warm way of communicating makes the customer feel special and her efficiency is brilliant! She sorts out any and all issues swiftly and expertly - always getting back to the customer promptly with information or answers to questions. Costs are very reasonable at Biddulphs. Service and expertise are of the highest standard. I think what I really experienced with Biddulphs was a level of friendliness and helpfulness (as well as competence) which made me feel confident and which made the often stressful task of moving and storing of one’s personal possessions into a much more relaxed and stress free experience. All I can say is Thank you Biddulphs!
