Excellent experience with Biddulphs

We had the emotionally and physically daunting experience to relocate from Western Cape to KZN. After much consideration (and a lot of different quotes) we decided to use Biddulphs as our transport company. Well we were blown away with their service. Biddulphs were prepared to send out their agent 3 times to assess and re assess our home content - me being super scared that on the day of the move they might find some articles not on the list. From the moment they arrived at our home in WC to the last moment of off loading our furniture, their staff were super efficient, trustworthy, friendly and made us feel so calm. Off loading on a farm in KZN after a couple of kilometers of gravel road, our furniture were spotless. The care they took to put extra protection on our furniture were mind blowing. Their staff are highly trained to pack, kind, friendly and on time. Apart from the practical implications of this move, Biddulphs quotation were tops! Well done Biddulphs! You turned this scary experience for us into something we need to share as a positive event.
