Deceiving Quotation resulting to more costs

I accepted a quote from this company to move my stuff from EC to kZN.

The quote was below all others, upon delivery their driver refused to take my couches and said the truck can not access the area where they were stored.

The same thing happened when they were delivering to my house, he stopped a kilometre away and said I should R1000 to have my stuff moved from the road where he was offloading to my house. For heaven sake I had stated exactly that I am moving a 1 bedroom furniture, which was obvious as well that it was going to a residential area.

I ended having to hire another car to move my stuff from the road into the yard where my house was located. This was a cost that was not even covered by my employer and I felt like the company cheated to get business resulting to a loss on my part.

I am never using this company EVER!!!!!! I wouldn't even recommend it to anyone. Even management has sat on my matter for more than 5 months.
