Business offered on a plate but no takers at Biddulphs

I requested a quote via their website last week. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. I phoned their Cape Town Office on Friday - spoke to a lady - She acknowledged that they had received my request. Said they would phone back. Nothing. Phoned again on Monday 31 July 2018 . Same lady but she tells me "Anthony" is handling my quote. He is out but will phone as soon as he gets in. It's now Tuesday night. Anthony still has not phoned. I assume he is still out. On their website they have a "Survey" section. Guess what. It is not operational.
