Biddulphs’s Outstanding Service

<p>I am so impressed by the way Biddulphs International employees conduct their service. My company hired Biddulphs International to move my furniture from Pretoria to Limpopo, Turfloop. Compared to the other companies in terms of pricing, Biddulphs International was the lowest and of course my company was going to pick them. I was so discouraged because I thought to myself, “mostly people or companies who charge less has flaws” but I had no choice but to comply since I wasn’t the one paying. Yet again, I was disappointed because the moment we started communicating by email, the person I was talking to was so reliable. Every time he said he will come back to me, he did that exactly. Then I thought, maybe he is this efficient because he is in office but was yet again disappointed because the truck driver contacted me way ahead of them coming and they were there exactly the time they said they will be there. I wanted to help them pack and was told to wait outside somewhere they will do everything. And guess what? They did! All my stuff was packed so neatly and so protectively even I agreed that I was not going to do as good as they did. Very friendly and happy people whom I thought really enjoys their work. Everything was delivered the next day as promised. I am truly humbled by the service I got from Bidduplhs International. It is not always the case that one gets such good service despite the fact that you pay for it. I also believe that when people do good they should be saluted. After all, we all need each other so some companies should stop acting like they are doing others favours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work guys.
