Biddulphs Pretoria Staff Went Above & Beyond

We scheduled our move for the 28th of February 2020, from a 60 sq metre apartment as well as a storage unit, to a gorgeous new 3 bedroom home, in Pretoria. I dealt with Victor during the quotation and booking stages, he was most friendly and helpful and quick to respond to my multiple emails and questions.

On moving day, the Biddulphs crew arrived in the biggest truck I have ever seen, which was no hassle at the storage unit, but not allowed in the complex for collection, due to its size. The friendly driver (Elias) and his crew went back to the depot and returned with a smaller truck that would be allowed into the complex and continued with their collection - all with no additional charge to us.

The crew took utmost care when loading our household contents and even wrapped certain items that we had left unwrapped as they were not very important to us. During the move, Andries phoned us to hear if everything was going smoothly, which it was.

We are happy to say that we used Biddulphs for the second time now, and will definitely make use of their service in the future, as well as recommending them to our friends and family.
