Appreciating the Effort to Make Things Right
This is a follow-up to my earlier review this month on this forum regarding my experience with Biddulphs International Pietermaritzburg. After my initial frustration and disappointment, I am pleased to say that Biddulphs Pietermaritzburg reached out to me personally to rectify the issue.
I feel it is important to commend them on the fact that they reimbursed me in full for the complete replacement of the quartz top that was broken on my kitchen sink unit and the repair of the other damaged units. Their efforts to take responsibility and resolve the problem have not gone unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the action taken.
A special thank you to Deshen from the Pietermaritzburg branch for stepping in and ensuring that the matter was properly addressed.
Although the experience had its challenges, I genuinely appreciate the effort taken to resolve the issue. I hope Biddulphs continues to enhance their service and customer care to ensure smoother experiences for others in the future.
