Amazing service from Biddulphs - thank you!

I needed to move from Cape Town to Johannesburg - and Biddulphs were amazing. Alexandra in particular, in the Cape Town office, deserves massive commendation for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me move. We first had to move all my belongings from a two bedroom apartment into storage in Cape Town. Biddulphs sent a very professional and caring team of 6 guys to help me pack, on very short notice. They all had overalls and were neat and well-presented. The care with which they packed everything was impressive. Moving home is an emotional experience, I had quite a few fragile items, and they seemed to understand that. My belongings were then put into storage. I received regular updates from Biddulphs that my belongings were still with them in storage. On very short notice again, they were able to pack all my belongings and send them to Johannesburg. Alexandra updated me where exactly the truck was, along the way. Again, an amazing team of guys to unpack in Johannesburg. One of them was deaf and had an overall saying this on the back. Biddulphs is to be commended for employing differently abled persons. They were all very professional and also caring. When I tried to help move some things, they said I must not hurt myself, but just tell them where things must go. All my stuff arrived safely. There was not even one glass broken. I honestly feel quite emotional about how wonderful their service was. Thank you Biddulphs! and particular thanks to Alexandra in the Cape Town office. You are phenomenal!
