I would like to share my experience to inform other customers. I was advised to attend an appointment on Saturday at 07:00 for the removal and refitting of my hair extensions, as well as hair coloring. I only left at approximately 13:30. Despite the time spent, the new extensions were not fitted. This was explained as being due to my hair becoming excessively oily as a result of the oil used during the removal process, which required my hair to be washed three times. During the removal of the extensions, I experienced significant discomfort and advised the stylist that I was in pain. A noticeable amount of hair was removed during the process. When I raised concern about the hair loss, I was informed that it was extension hair and not my natural hair. I was then requested to return on Sunday at 09:00 for the fitting of the new extensions. This appointment was rescheduled multiple times — a total of six times — over the course of the day and thereafter, with times being changed to later slots, another day, and eventually an evening appointment at a private residence. These changes were made unilaterally and caused ongoing inconvenience. Due to the incomplete service, repeated rescheduling, and the overall experience, I requested a refund. This request was declined, and I am currently awaiting resolution. I am sharing this review to highlight concerns regarding service delivery, appointment management, and customer care.

If this review can help another woman not fall prey to this woman. Don't do your hair nor buy any hair extensions from her. She makes you buy vouchers in advance for your hair even if that's not what you booked for. She insists that is how she works as it works out cheaper for the client. It is however not what she advertises on her pages. She cancels and reschedules appointments just to her liking and never confirms whether it suits the client. And least let's not forget the human hair she advertises. It's cheap imitation hair that she sticks on your head. She'll tell you she's a salon owner and will make use of every opportunity to tell you just how bad your previous hairdresser did your hair. I failed to take the reviews on hello Peter seriously about her but she's an unprofessional "hairdresser" who should not be in this industry. It also seems like she changes her Facebook business and personal profile often . Probably hiding or running from her bad reputation. This woman can not be trusted !
