AIRTEL - MUST FALL WITH THEIR ****TY SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!

Airtel the telecomunications company is the most ****tyest (for lack of a better word) company i have come across thus far! First they contact you when your minding your own business and offer to assist you upgrade your phone online for free. They said the process is quick and hassle free. They called me said i will get my phone the latest after 3 days - this was on the 23rd of May, its the 6th of June and DOLOLO PHONE!!!!! it is now three weeks, everyday i call to enquire and i am always being told stories, **** STORIES with empty promises!!! SIES MAN YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Now that i want to cancel the process i must wait another 48 hours for the cancellation to be effective(Now they see it fit to follow due procedure when it suits them) What nonsense is this!!!!

I am beyond annoyed i legit regret taking up their offer. *** COMPANY *** SERVICE
