Unbelievable exceptional Customer service

I bought a Beuerer shaver SR71 last year July 2022 through OneDayOnly and was surprised when it suddenly stopped working, since Beurer products have a reputation of lasting forever. It was over a weekend and emailed Belinda Potgieter at Eurocarewellness regarding this. Great was my surprise when she emailed me back on a Sunday and advise me that they will collect the product from me. That Monday morning the Courier Guy collected my unit. The next day Belinda informed me that the unit was faulty and that they will replace it. A few days later, I had a new unit delivered. This kind of customer service is surprising and unparalleled in SA. It certainly exceeds any benchmark and sets the bar sky-high for other Consumer Goods distributors. I commend them for this extraordinary efficient service and recommend them strongly to anyone. I would have given them a 6-star rating!
