Outstanding Service

We had an issue we our Thomas stick vacuum, the head did not charge and were past around to get it fixed with no luck. We eventually found Eurocare Wellness and dealt with Belinda. They offered to replace the entire head of the vacuum. The vacuum was collected and dropped off as well at no cost to us. We are so looking forward to purchasing more of the brands they deal with due to the excellent service received. Thank you to Belinda for the communication and amazing service we received and all the help and advise regarding the unit.
