Online sales backup and support

I ordered a replacement cuff for a very old Blood Pressure monitor via an on line sales company. The part arrived, but was an oversized item last part in stock for the monitor. When I contacted the supplier Eurocare wellness to register the product for warranty and explained the shortcoming Belinda Potgeiter immediately got back to me and began a search for a suitable alternative for me. She shipped an alternative item at no additional cost and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. I have never had such a helpful positive outcome from any online supplier.
