Impeccable service and delivery

I bought one of their hairdryers after just after a year it broke and stopped working. They ofter a 32 day warranty. I thought let me try and email them and see what they can do. It was in the evening at 7pm I thought let me email now before I forget and with in 30 min, Belinda got back to me. Asked for details about my hairdryer and details so a courier can come pick it up. I was shocked such a quick response number 1, number 2 in the evening after working hours, 3 so willing to solve the problem. That a day or two later the courier picked it up. With in 7 days I had a NEW hairdryer the hairdryer was replaced and delivered to my door. Such quick efficient and clear communication I have never experienced before from a business again and on that I would buy from them again and again.
