Belinda Potgieter was Excellent!

Purchased a small item (Multitool Keyring) from Makro - item was supp**** through Eurocare Wellness, with the warranty through them. Emailed a warranty claim on Friday Morning, the item was collected on Friday afternoon and couriered to Jhb for inspection. Received notice on Tuesday that the item was received and inspected, and that a replacement will be sent to me. The replacement item was received on Wednesday Morning. The speed and efficiency was very much appreciated. A special mention to Belinda Potgieter who was on the ball and processed the clam with no delays. I fully appreciate the service I received, especially since the item in question is a small keyring! Would highly recommend.
