TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

At some point these guys were good. I have had my account for over 3 years. However after they put in this new system and changed their online systems EVERYTHING went south. Today I made a payment to their ABSA bank and they claim they haven't received it. Even after providing my proof of payment they still haven't sorted out the matter. I spent 35min on the phone with them and still nothing!!! I even tried to chat to them on their Whatsapp number and asked that I get contact details to whoever I can escalate the matter to, GUESS WHAT? The second I said that, they started ignoring me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone anymore. Bad staff, Terrible service, and they don't care about their clients. I'll give them a minus 0 Star! I'm looking for a better betting company now.
