Betxchange Demanding R9,798 to withdraw R9,798 Winnings, they doing ****s activities with their Clause 15.4.2/15.4.1 T& C's
BetXchange is demanding R9,800 to withdraw my R9,798 winnings from soccer bet with their R25 bonus, which also leads to R0 profits. How did they get their liscence to **** people like this ? I Registered on BetXchange and they gave me Free R25 Sign up bonus and I used it to place a soccer bet with R10 and won R9,798 and but I can't even withdraw a single R100. I tried to wager the bonus they gave me with Real R25 deposit from my bank but still they rejecting my withdrawals. The demand 15.4.2/15.4.1 Clause to done which is depositing equal to or greater to amount I want to withdraw. How can I deposit bigger than what I want to withdraw? I thought this was a betting sites but now I need to deposit the equal or greater than what I won so I can withdraw what I won.....How ? Automatically leads to R0 profits. They what are we betting for if we need to have the same money we betting for on ourselves to deposit it first so we can withdraw what I won. Makes no sense with R0 profits. These are their standard T& C's rules and I'm still less than 30 days from since I registered my account. But my account is disqualified from promotion of depositing R100 and wagering R100 so I can withdraw because they know I won R9,798 so they trying to block me from my winnings. They claim that my ever First deposit was supposed to R100. Which is something I didn't know. So they using their clause to block me away from withdrawing. Now my account is Trapped with R9k and I can't do nothing about it because even my future deposit & future winnings will held as hostage forever. My pure advice with BetXchange betting sites is that you should stay away from it or help me bann their T& C's because it's still carrying on trapping innocent people who don't know about this. I don't even know how Western Cape Gambling Race Board approved their liscence to do this because this rule only favors their side and kills the punter permanently. Hollywood Bet demands R0 deposit to withdraw winnings from their R25 bonus. Betway demands only R50 deposit to withdraw winnings from their R25 bonus. Horrible, latest **** if you ask me. They have this joining promo and like an idiot I went for it, did all I was asked to do and started playing. Mind you my account had not been approved, but I did not stress because such is not rocket science to my knowledge. So I made about R1.125 and when trying to withdraw I was told my account is still not verified and I contacted support and a very rude agent by the name of Lerato told me I would not receive those funds without depositing a sum of R100, of which I did and still after the deposit the account was not verified and Lerato had no cooking clue when it would be verified. How ever more spins same through after the deposit and I used them and the R100 because Lerato told me those were the steps I had to go through inorder for me to have access to the funds. Long story short, even after doing as I was told, my account was never verified till today, ended up using what I had won and decided they can have the R100 bucks and asked them to deactivate my account because I do not want to be part of up coming ****s. How you ask money from people when you have not even verified them is beyond me. How you want a R100 deposit to give me R1.125 was also a red flag but because I trusted the brand I comp****, little did I know it is a trap.

A really disappointing company to bet with ,absolutely no customer loyalty ,I have been a long-standing standing client and the bonuses you receive is pathetic to say the most . There's constant delays on payouts and online support . Please stay away the company has become extremely profit seeking and employees give a dam about clients . Mike Ho Betxchange Roodepoort poor service
The service one receives at Keith Ho Betxchange Roodepoort is deplorable...Their systems are extremely slow, staff are slow, staff do not receive adequate training and they have no betting slips to fill in. I have already logged a complaint with the National Gambling Board a couple of weeks ago and I am now going to log another dispute...I took a win bet on no11 in race 8 at Scottsville yesterday (23/8) after the race favourite (no7) was scratched...the favourite was scratched at 16:17 and I took my bet at 17:19:54...I received odds of 8/1 and yet when I redeemed my ticket the odds were slashed so instead of receiving approx R1700 I was paid out R1139. The fact that Betxchange did not update their system timeously is something they need to sort out and they should honour the proper payout as per the betting slip. Punters have lots of issues with Keith Ho betxchange
