This bet has been accepted as my money was taken ( meaning this ticket was successfully in the draw ) the numbers drawn for Lunchtime UK 49 :

1-16-17-27-30 bonus 48 ( meaning my number was in ) By Saturday morning my wallet balance showed no change at all , I decided to drive to your Lenasia branch , where I spoke to Makagiso ( a young lady at you enquiries desk ) she checked my account and the numbers drawn and called someone , after the call she advised me the payment should reflect in 15 minutes

I asked if I can have the cash payout she checked my FICA which showed pending on your systems since Feb 2018 , I was asked by her for my ID and Prood of Residence so she can complete the FICA (which I thought was done already)

I went to get a bank statement for her , upon my return she then told me there Is a problem as I played the ticket late . I told her not to my knowledge as the draw is at 14:45 she said the times changed last week to 13:45 ( no notification was given on your website or an sms or email none whatsoever ) this to me was ****************

My bet was accepted , you took payment for the bet and initially I was told yes you won and the money should reflect in 15min , but an hour later im told I placed my bet late ?

No I refuse to let this matter slide if I had a physical ticket played at your betting station I would have gotten my winnings as the ticket was accepted , same as you accepted my bet online

I am taking this matter to the press and social media unless this is resolved fairly , I have already placed this complain on Hello Peter and the gambling ombudsman

This morning when I went to check my betting History guess what this ticket does not appear what does that tell me ?
