At this point I have to assume that I have been a victim of ***** at BETXCHANGE - I deposited 10k and received a 10k bonus. WATCH OUT - your first deposit and your bonus can now no longer be withdrawn until you have bet 10 times these amounts at odds of 0.9 (2-1 basically its impossible). I win 15k which I withdraw leaving me with the 20k. I lose this and my account goes down to zero.

At this point one can assume that I can continue betting as normal.....NO....I deposit 5k and lose....I then deposit 10k and win up to 27k. When I try to withdraw I am denied and informed that I cannot as I have not met the bonus requirements.

Customer care agent - Kgomotso Peterson - states “It was lost but it was not rolled over” and then admits that the term that he/she is referring to does not make sense “It may not make any sense however those are the terms and conditions of the bonus Mr Grobler”

In summary BETXCHANGE is saying that if you lose the bonus and your deposit they will apply the bonus rules to all your subsequent deposits! this makes zero rationale or legal sense. So if I lose this 20k again and deposit that deposit will again be subject to bonus terms. none of these terms are on their webiste however. I am worried that this is ***** and will have to take legal action.
