Poor communicating

I have joined Keith ho under Betxchange and received 50 spins and sport voucher of R50 I used my spins but never win then loaded a voucher and won R1500. I have sent my fica doc and was approved. Then I withdraw R1400 instead of getting the money the account is disabled. I tried several times to communicate with them there is no response on email, on DM. The case was escalated to management about a week ago and turn around was 24hrs. Until today there is no feedback.
