Pathetic service

Pathetic service to patrents, they always listing winning tickets under losing bets, we have to send several emails and watsapp texts to them to correct their mistakes. They are ver quick to deduct our money for bets placed but take forever to pay us. They dont give us feedback or any responses on our queries but then ate upset with our responses due to frustration. I dont understand them , they send us promo's and so on yo joi their company but treat us as **** once we join.
