Pathetic night service

Its really dissapoint that i have to lay a complaint about this company as their day service is immaculate, My complaint is with the night service, i spend thousands on a weekly basis , i want to gamble stress free at night but the service i receive is blatant, i even send them enails which is being ignored, imy tickets take hours or usually the next day to get paid off, i just hope that the superiors at the establishment wake up and see what's happening during the night, we the pinters are not IDIOTS, we spend plenty of money in yr establishment and expext yrl to service us properly, let me know if u dont want me to ve part of yr establisment, i will gladly deactivate
