Mike Ho Betxchange Roodepoort poor service

The service one receives at Keith Ho Betxchange Roodepoort is deplorable...Their systems are extremely slow, staff are slow, staff do not receive adequate training and they have no betting slips to fill in. I have already logged a complaint with the National Gambling Board a couple of weeks ago and I am now going to log another dispute...I took a win bet on no11 in race 8 at Scottsville yesterday (23/8) after the race favourite (no7) was scratched...the favourite was scratched at 16:17 and I took my bet at 17:19:54...I received odds of 8/1 and yet when I redeemed my ticket the odds were slashed so instead of receiving approx R1700 I was paid out R1139. The fact that Betxchange did not update their system timeously is something they need to sort out and they should honour the proper payout as per the betting slip.
