Maltreatment by a representative from Betxchange

Good day,

I called Betxchange today to ask about a bet I placed last night; the lady who was assisting me was very friendly and told me she was going to transfer me to bets/results, something like that in order for them to assist me with the bet I was inquiring about.

The guy who answered the phone that department was so rude and impatient; when I tried to explain my query he just wanted to get to the point and had now customer care/respect.

Only to find out that the bet I placed last night was for a game that has not yet played; I bet Iran and Portugal instead of Iran and Spain.

lest i forget that the website has been upgraded and its confusing when comparing to the old one.

The guy just hung up on me before I could even finish what I wanted to ask, because i wanted to ask that he explains to me the different bets and odds on what means what, etc.

my account number at Betxchange is; 920561 and the call was around 11h32 today 21/06/18.
