forcing employees to take out thier shoes

i saw a very disrespectful manor of them searching staff at betxchange... they search thier employees like *****.. they make employees to take out the shoes by force... the empoyees were very sad.. but thy had no choice.. so i realy ddnt like wat i saw at keith ho betxchange at lenasia johannesburg..
