Enquire for account login

I am so disappointed about the operation at the betxchange, they upgrade their website in 2 days ago which affected my account to denied to login.I tried to call them more than 2 days with the cost of airtime almost R200 to help with the service unfortunately i never get hold of any call centre to solve my issues.What a bad service she even now i couldn't get any help for login.
