Can't Trace Recorded Call I Need My Money

I called BetXchange on Saturday 2015/10/03 @ 13:25 Call Duration was 8Min47 Seconds. One of my bets was a winning number. I phoned them and informed them that the person who was capturing the information did not place bet for Hong-Kong Mark Six. Sunday I called Shaun to trace my call he never bothered to come back to me the same day. I have spent lot of money calling them to fix their errors. So the situation is I can't speak to the Business owner. They are protecting someone who did not place my bet. Still to date I'm not Paid. Their calls are recorded. The response is they can't find my call because it is the transferred call and they sent this to their IT Guys. I called in then the first person who answered my Call Transferred my Call. After the transfer they say they can't find my Call.<br> <br> Shaun Dropped my call I have never communicated with this kind of manager. I wonder who can deal with such kind of management. Their house it is not in order. All I wanted it is the time frame. I lost trust of BetXchange. Good QA's can get a call in just few seconds. When will I get My Money it is my Concern?
