Hi. I am a vip punter at betxchange also known as Keith ho. I normally play online at home for sports betting and racing. I had done a withdrawl and had to fetch the cash at Rossetenville branch. So I did. When I was there I thought let me take a few bets with was disasters as there staff are *********** at there jobs and don’t listen and worry about chatting and doing other stuff instead of listening to the client. The horses were loading and I went to the Clark and said can I have 300 places on no 15 . Remember they loading. Then she says it’s 25/1 . I said I asked for places . By that time as she did not listen they jumped . She could not place the bet. The horse won and paid 4.8 a place . So they did me in of around R1400 rand. I then argued and she said to me must they be scared of me. To that I said if u just listened instead of other **** u would have herd and got bet on. I phoned head office and obviously get told nothing they can do and punter/ client will be on the Blackfoot with this as there staff are right . Bull****. Anyway I get a call from Patrick telling me that I’m probably right but nothing they can do as they did not hear me say that but can see me on cameras taking a bet. The lady Mary is a blatant lire and works with cash and in a financial place taking bets and we must trust her. What nonsense. They would say anything just not to look like the guilty won . Utter disgusted and something must be done
