Betxchange manager refused to assist

I placed 2 all to come bets that both had to be submitted for confirmation. I then got a notification saying my bet was approved (assuming it was both bets). At the end of the racing day, I went to check my balance and remaining bets, only to find that my one all to come bet was not placed, and 2 of the 3 horses had won. I phoned Betxchange immediately but the manager refused to assist me saying that if I had lost the bet I wouldn’t be phoning to try claim my bet. Bearing in mind that I have not yet won the bet, as there is still one outstanding race. Regardless, I placed my bet not knowing if I would win or lose and was willing to lose if that’s what it came to. Very disappointing.
