BetXchange Fails to Honour Mid Year Loyalty Bonus

For the last 10 years plus BetXchange has paid loyalty bonuses every 6 months equal to 8% of losses. This year, with the younger generation now in full management control, they only laid me a loyalty bonus of 2,1%. When one loses R74,000 plus over 6 months this means BetXchange short paid me in excess of R4,400. They simply cannot be trusted anymore. I wet trough something similar in January where they forgot to pay me and when they did it was so badly done. This would not ever have happened if Keith and Glen Ho were still in charge. Warren Ho (son) refuses to rectify this situation. There are now better companies than Betxchange out there.
