Betxchange big *****s

Betxchange are ******* to saty the least. I called in yesterday to tell them about a ticket that i had that they told me could not be cashed as someone else cashed it. i told them that this was not possible as i have the ticket with me and i did not cash it. when i called in yesterday i spoke to a gentleman named KYLE in headoffice who told me that i should take the ticket to the head office branch and that they would sort it out for me, he told me that i should go in today the 16th June at 11H00 or later. Upon going there and explaining the situation i was treated as if i was a ***** and that i had ****** the ticket. The ticket was taken away from me and i was told that not KEITH (the owner) or KYLE (guy at head office) can tell him what to do as he is the manager. the ticket was then copied and passed around their Benoni branch all this going from 11H15 that i was there till 3H00 or later. all that and he still says that he is the manager and he will not pay it out, he didnt want to return the ticket to me as he knew that i would take it further. i then Called head office again and spoke to a guy named Siphwe wh
