Betxchange - Be warned!!

This complaint is to warn people from using Betxchange and their website. They also trade under Keith Ho Betting Exchange. They have regular glitches and at times the bets you places goes onto the wrong horse. They refuse to refund and/or pay the bets then. I have spoken to Warren Ho which is apparently the owner, Keith Ho's son to no avail. He is rude and promises to call back and always have excuses. Please be warned!
