bets not being paid out

After months of calling betxchange and always complaining I have finally decided to stop using them. Excotic bets are always a problem with over seas racing. I decided to track all my loosing bets 1 year back and to my surprize found a lot of those bets should have been paid out. All over seas exotics, and with Tabonline results to see past results betxchange does not match up. Especially on racers from Uk and France. I did receive good service from 2 Managers most of the time I called in. But if I spend thousands rands on bets why should I spend thousands on calls to tell them how to do their jobs. I have moved on to hollywood bets. So far so good.
