AGAINST RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING REGULATIONS

Over a year back I self Excluded for Betx. 2 weeks ago I was sent a sms that a withdrawal was processed to me from Betx. Surely that's not possible if I'm self excluded.

Then went onto chat and was told it was an error sms due to a system change. BUT I WAS ABLE TO LOGIN.

I then made multiple deposits and bets, my documents were even accepted but how was I able to login?

I have now followed the formal complaints process and included the gaming committee, its been 8 days and not even a reply from Betx.

This bookie is not compliant in regards to responsible gaming. I will not stop until Betx address this issue. I'm sure it's also happened to other users.

In conclusion, use another platform.
