Very disappointing experience with BetterMe
Very disappointing experience with BetterMe. The app is poorly designed and not user-friendly. Without any clear notice or consent, they deducted money from my account. They advertise a refund policy on their website, but when I requested one, they flat-out refused. This feels dishonest and ****-like. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing to anything from BetterMe.
