To me, BetterMe is like a well-being revolution in my life. I've always believed no other well-being exercise is better than jogging. As a result, jogging has been second nature. However, to my utmost amazement, in barely a week, I noticed considerable improvement in my body. I started asking myself, " Where did BetterMe get the inspiration to put all those exercises together?" My initial perception about jogging was completely displaced. The whole thing felt like I'd been ushered into a well-being mine that I will continue to cherish. I then realized the unfortunate situations some people have gone through due to ignorance. What a pity!
