So far, my experience with the app and company have been pleasant. I recently purchased a subscription trial but injured myself shortly after. They were very understanding and have paused my membership until I have recovered with a promise of 3 additional free months to reach my goal. I am very grateful for their accommodation. I provide a 3 star rating because I have not yet been able to fully utilize the program. I hope to make it 5 stars once I've healed and can really see results :-)
