Predatory Billing Tactics. Stay Away!!!!!!!!!
Review: BetterMe lures people in with a short 7-day “trial” and then quietly auto-renews into a subscription that costs nearly ten times the trial fee. There is no transparent consent process. It’s designed to trap users into at least one expensive payment before they can react.
This app preys on people’s insecurities, making promises of health and improvement, but hides behind misleading billing practices. When I was charged, I discovered countless others online had the same experience. That’s not a coincidence. It’s their business model.
I am demanding a refund and cancelling my subscription, but I strongly warn others to avoid this company altogether. Their survival depends on exploiting users, not on delivering genuine value.
