Misleading marketing and a Contact team that is very poor at replying.
This app has misleading marketing. Everything is based on AI function, so avoid believing that they connect you to professionals. I realised this within 10 minutes of downloading the app. I then sent a request for a refund, and it has been 30 days, they have not refunded me. They have only send me a message to cancel my subscription (yet they removed my log in details so that I could not log in again, I would have had to sign up). Appalling service, and appalled at Apple for not taking the Numerous negative reviews seriously. It really is just a ****
