I really appreciated the responsiveness to my concern (very quick) and outcome with providing the full refund for the extra coaching as I hadn’t intended to purchase. I do really like the walking workouts as I’ve tried my first ones this morning. I would have proothr 5 stars if it would have better resolved in first reach out yet understand that you have a process. My agents who assert very professional and polite too. Thank you!
