I had an issue with a clothing order and initially thought the return process would be difficult, especially as some of the items were from the Last Chance to Buy collection. While the clothes looked great on the models, unfortunately they did not suit my height and body proportions, despite trying different sizes. I contacted customer support and explained the situation.
