Dont ever use Betterme app they are conartist /*****
People be careful with this BetterMe app. They are *****'s that save ur banking details to their system when u make a purchase. Then they purchased from with ur card details claiming that u subscribe when u didn't. I purchased a 7 day exercise plan and using my card. Then they somehow saved my banking details and bought a monthly plan for the next month in advance Nogal like u paying for wifi haybo. I was busy working the morning I received a message on my bank app that I purchased a monthly plan with my card I was shocked. Shoe hulle is *****. When I tried to get my money back they didn't want to give it even though I cancelled the app and neva used it before . They said I subscribed but I never subscribed for anything.very upset and disappointed. Don't be fooled by this app. They are *********, dishonest and lure u into thinking ur buying a 7 day plan only to use ur banking details after they save it and purchase monthly subscriptions. I pray u will get your day very soon Better Me

All the details, including information regarding the automatic subscription, are placed there. Each plan is followed by a fully active subscription with a standard price unless manually canceled; since it had not been canceled, you were charged full price as initially promised.
